Our retreats are tailored to the unique needs and desires of each participant. We offer a flexible schedule with many options, allowing you to explore your spiritual path in your own way. Optional activities may include, but are not limited to: Music, dancing, singing, crystal bowls, chanting, storytelling, group meditations, body painting, massage, qigong, yoga, breathwork, and our very special medicinal mushroom cocoa. This is a co-creation and will unfold organically. Every group is different and perfect in its own way.
*The locations vary. We rely on synchronicity to bring the right people to the right place. If you will be staying with us, we will notify you of the location at least one week prior to start date. If not, please contact us to be placed on our email list for locations.

This is personal, so whatever feels right to you. I usually offer a special stone, flowers, a nice bud, or perhaps some tobacco. Anything natural is appropriate.
Be advised, this is not a comfort retreat. It is a very earthy and raw experience, with the potential to be physically and emotionally demanding. We will be in the woods, occasionally in a campground, with no services. It is our job to hold space and keep you safe but ultimately it is up to you to know your boundaries and limitations. If you have a serious medical condition, or any questions or concerns please contact me before booking. In most circumstances, we can modify your experience to a comfortable level.
